This renovated 1861 stone house sleeps up to 7, but is very comfortable for one or two. The property is cool in summer thanks to the 70cm stone walls, with a grand fireplace and heaters in all bedrooms for colder months. It has a small tiled patio at the front and direct access to the peaceful, sunny enclosed garden and swimming pool with deck. There are 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom, 1 triple with three single beds, and 1 double room). There is an open-plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and sunny dining room.

The lounge area (35sq.m.) provides a seating area around an imposing stone fireplace (probably stolen from a manor house at the time of the Revolution), which can be used either as an open fireplace or a closed wood insert for maximum heat during colder evenings. There is also a very comfortable, French provincial style day-bed.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor, and has an ensuite bathroom (with shower and toilet). There is a larger bedroom on the first floor, with three single beds and an ensuite bathroom (with bath). On the garden-level downstairs is a third double bedroom with ensuite.
A sun-filled dining room at the front of the ground floor seats 5 to 6 people.
From the front courtyard of the Gite you have access to the interior garden and the shared swimming pool.
