The Sechoir (originally a drying shed for walnuts & tobacco) has been converted into a well-equipped cottage, ideally suited for an individual, couple or small family.
The Sechoir is a luminous space thanks to the use of poplar boards (walls, ceiling), a lightwell, five French doors and 18 windows and sidelights (double glazed throughout). There is air-conditioning, with heating for winter.

On the ground floor (~40sq.m) there is a comfortable sitting area, a fully-equiped kitchen and a dining/study area. There is also a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.
A reverse-cycle air-conditioning unit provides cool air and warm air, depending on the season.

The living room has French doors that open to a sheltered patio for alfresco breakfast, lunch or dining. with easy access to the main garden area and pool.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, separated by a well-lit landing: one double bedroom and one room with King Single (120cm) with space for an additional single bed. This space can be also be used as a study (with desk).

Three French doors open out onto a covered balcony which runs the length of the building. This is a wonderful place to relax in the two hanging ‘air chairs’ and catch the breeze. In addition to the two hanging chairs there is a small table and chairs for taking meals.
